East Hampton Village is the heart of everything. It is the incorporated village, the historic core, and the most walkable part of the broader East Hampton area. Properties here sit within easy distance of Main Street, and the estate section, defined by Further Lane, Lily Pond Lane, and the surrounding lanes south of the highway, is where some of the most significant residential real estate on the East End is found. Renovated homes in the village typically sell between $5 million and $9 million. Estate-section homes with ocean access or sweeping grounds regularly move above $10 million. Smaller properties tucked behind Main Street are more commonly in the $2.5 million to $5 million range.
