Georgica borders East Hampton Village to the southwest and is defined by Georgica Pond, one of the most private and beautiful bodies of water on the East End. Beyoncé and Jay-Z own their Pond House here, purchased in 2017 for $26 million. Steven Spielberg's estate sits nearby. Properties near the pond on meaningful acreage typically fall between $8 million and $20 million. Those closer to the ocean or with significant pond frontage trade considerably higher.
