Southampton Village is the incorporated village at the center of the town, with the deepest estate inventory in the Hamptons and the highest prices in this market. Water Mill sits east of the village, farmland and estates around Mecox Bay. Bridgehampton is the geographic middle of the South Fork, with horse country north of the highway and oceanfront south of it. Sagaponack is a small incorporated village of farm fields and oceanfront east of that.
